Since the company began its activity, one of its strategic aims has been the development of high quality products. Keros is currently a company recognised in the sector by its customers. The ISO 9002 quality certificate was awarded in record time. During 2002 the company underwent the transition to the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2001 standard, thus extending its certification scope to product design. The Quality Managerial System certification SGS UNE-ISO 9001:2001, denotes the commitment of KEROS CERAMICA with the quality and with the customer satisfaction/care as well as the commitment with the Total Quality Management, becoming much more prepared to assimilate the realities in such a changing and turbulence environment. At an external level it participates in forums organised by associations such as Ascer, ITC or the Club de Calidad Ceramica (Ceramics Quality Club).
